Unfortunately not, still crash with xrefs

How many Xrefs do you have in the scene?
Try to disable all of them, then enable them one by one doing test renders on each new loaded xref.
Does it crash even if only one xref if enabled or it crashes only with multiple xrefs?

As far as I can see from the log, the crash is not due to driver-side error, so it is highly possible that this is a bug on our side. Have you send the scene to the support guys already ?

I try what Svetlozar recommended. Enable only one xref scene in a time and one from three crash vray, other two was good. So can I send this scene somewhere so you can look what is wrong with it?

It turned out that the crash was due to the combination of Normal and Mix maps used in the bump slot.

Our developers managed to fix this bug and the fix should be part of the next SP.
