3.00.08 Activating one new light decreases the old lights intensity or disables it

Im having some issues with the newest vray build for 3dsmax 3.00.08 for 2015. When I activate one vraylightplane in vrayRT one/several of my other vraylight decrease in intensity (multiplier/instensity has the same value as before) or the RT disables it but its still active in 3dsmax. Hardware for RT is gtx titan.
