  • Gpu line artifacts

So I have been messing around with final frame gpu rendering recently. I recently came across this. See the attached images. As you can see there is a clean render and then there is a render with line artifacts. Does anyone know what may cause this? Ive tried rendering multiple times and it seems to be random on which frames it occurs on. I am using Windows 7 64 bit, Maya 2014, Vray 3.05.04, 2 780 gti in non sli format. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Do you use a physical camera? Do you use the Maya render view or the V-Ray VFB? Also how do you actually render the frames? With the script for rendering an animation?

    Best regards,

Physical camera is on, I am using vray VFB, and I am rendering the frames through Render>Render Animation with V-Ray RT

Ok, it should go away if you don't use the physical camera exposure or if you render through V-Ray Standalone. It's an issue that we need to work on.
