Vray RT stopped working after the Service Pack Installation

Hi,

Even though I make a simple scene with a teapot and a plane, Vray RT doesn't render anything and always end up with a black frame buffer.
I tried the cpu and cuda engine but result is the same. With the cuda engine, I sometimes end up with a message "vray standalone stopped working)

I must mention that recently, I put a second video-card on my computer and have 2 nvidia 580 gtx. (on one of them, my main monitor is connected and on the 2nd, 2 other monitors are connected.
In fact I am not much experienced with RT and don't know if I need to configure this new card or make something.

What should I do?

Hi,

Could you please try to reinstall the V-Ray plugin? Did you get any errors during the SP installation?
If the issue is still there, please post a screenshot of the RT console window as soon as the RT engine is started.

Also try to disable the VFB, just for a quick test and run RT CPU or GPU again. Are there any warnings or errors shown in the Max FB?

same problem here.
update the last drivers for the gtx titan (also download the cuda) and it doesnt help.
cpu working well in my case. see attachment- is seems that something wrong.maybe iam doing somthing wrong?

any way need your help.

The Program requires Administrative privileges in order to save the changes.
Please make sure that you are using either Administrative Account or start the program as Administrator.

it doesnt help. first i activate the rt with opencl or cuda- i get black screen!

if i first activate the rt with cpu(which is preform ok) and then change to opencl or cuda - it seems that it render the last frame, without taking care the changes (geometry,light,camere,etc)

Would it be possible to revert back to version 3.00.08 and run the same test?
What is the exact version of the GPU drivers?
