In Vray RT I am using Lightcache + Brute Force. The lights seem to cast a lot of noise. The sun doesn't, but the IES and Vraylight Spheres I have in the scene cast a lot of noise that doesn't seem to clean up. I've tried increasing the sampling of the lights. It's also weird that the IES light power doesn't add up to Lumens or watts, I have to set it to Power: 1200000.0, just to get them to show, and the VR sphere Light to Multiplier: 300.0, is this normal?
