VRAY for Maya RT & Maya 2016 Ext 1 +SP3

Maya 2016 Ext 1 + SP3
Vray for Maya 3.1

I can not seem to get Vray RT (CPU & CUDA) to work in Maya 2016 Ext 1 + SP3

It does render the first iteration and them just stops. Stops updating, no matter what I do.

I do get this error:

Can someone confirm?

These are just warnings unrelated to the issue. Can you reproduce it on a simple scene?
