  • chrome & light

    Hello,

Since I use GPU for rendering I have seen generally chrome and light are not friends.
It's impossible to have perfect AntiAliasing same as CPU rendering.
Combination of Sub-pixel mapping and Clamp output looks like not working with vrayRT for fix that (Color mapping). A workaround exists ?

And I have little issue with reflect light of blue cube (car-paint mtl) on chrome.

    Hi,

Support for Sub-pixel color mapping is in our "to do" list.
What you can do now is to use a more blurry image filter or to activate the Lens Glare effect.

      Thanks for your reply.

Where can I see the current "to do" list? To not ask again what is already underway.

That looks perfectly normal to me, the new vantage point of the reflection means that object catches the light.

It is part of the list of future improvements which is only for internal use and it is not available to the public.
There is no problem to ask, we will be glad to assist you with any questions.
