"Don't render final image" and "Lights" options don't seem to have any effect with RT in Production Rendering mode. I tried both CUDA and CPU. Does any option in Global Switches have effect with RT?

Those indeed don't work but there are options that work fine like, Shadows, Hidden Lights, Show GI only, Reflection/Refraction, Glossy effects, Maps, Override mtl and etc. -
