When I have RT running - ren dering a vray camera view it will will constantly update/re render the image when I pan in the perspective view, im not moving objects or anything, im just panning.

this is not a problem with the other views (top/left etc)

Yes, we noticed this also, it will be fixed.

additionally, changing the FOV of a perspective view (not camera) isn't recognized by RT.

Which 3ds Max version are you using? Works for me on a simple test here in 3ds Max 2009.
