RT Slave Information

Would be handy if the RT Slave information window (as well as setup) told you if your slaves were connecting properly.

Yep, this was requested before too. Not sure which is better though - print info when the slaves connect, or when they fail to.

Can it be color coded like the Vraylog? This way you can have both being read visually - green highlight for connection and red for failure.
