  • VrayRT - Render Elements pass sugestion

    Heya

    Just a little wish list, I will be upping it as I go. I will also include few info about Vray too.

    Vray RT
    1. Render Elements - Mostly MtlID, ObjectID, Wire Color. Most of the time when I'm working on projects I need loads of alphas for materials. Would be great if RT could do for us prev of it...
    2. Pflow support
    3. Region rendering, sync with production render.
    4. Fast animated material prev ( no need to restart rt every time I move my animation to see prev of material/w8 long time)
    5. Animation prev
    6. Standard Materiall suport - Specular mostly
    7. Dirt maps
    8. Volumetric Effects
    9. Support for stuff like Dreamscape/Fumefx/ Effects panel

    Vray
    1. Matte pass. Like Mental ray one. Clear black&white alpha of material. Smoth not jugged...now only Vray Wire color can do it unfortunately :/

    There is already a pass for that, "MultiMatteElement". It works on either Material ID or Object ID. It's been included in Vray for a while...

      OO, how could I mist it o.o. Is it AA/smoth ? or crispy like the others?
