Batch Render and exr support

Hi,

I've just use RT for testing purpose (here and here) and I'd like to aks for features :

. EXR support when using "make preview animation..."
. Batch Rendering with probably the same workflow than VRay Prod
. Render Elements support : probably not at the same time but some basics passes like AO/Zdepth/etc...

You can assign V-Ray RT as production renderer and in that case you can save to whatever file format you want. Also you can use batch rendering.

Render elements are coming up.
