Vertex Colour

Hi,

I tried searching but couldn't find any info about my question below.

Will VERTEX COLORS ever be supported in Vray GPU???? It seems to be used so often in Production & game engines as it is such a usefull tool. I use it on 100% of all my plant & tree materials

UPDATE - I did notice as well that the Docs say that VrayRT CPU mode does not support Vertex Colours although it does [I am using nightly 2.5.01] and as far as I can remember it seemed to from quite a few versions back.
I am guessing that if it works in CPU mode then it may be possible to code it into the GPU version???? I am suddenly hooked on the idea of using GPU's to render but not having vertex color support would make it impossible to make the change.. It's really the only thing that would prevent me going straight to GPU rendering right now

Yes, it should be pretty easy to make it work for the GPU - will try to get it in for the next update.

Nope; only the 3.x nightly/stable builds.
