Low Quality Previws in Library

Hi guys,

There a bunch of Low Quality previews in some of the latest batches.

Here a couple of examples:

Thanksfor the report, apparently the pipeline intended for low res thumbnails was accidently applied instead the hi-res setup, we will upload the new images as soon as they are ready

edit: would be helpfull if you tell us the names of the materials. My first impression was that one of them is quarzo_qz02.vrscan, but the check on the download section showed normal rendering, with the the geometry intended for fabrics (it's not the shaderball like in the image)!
Apparently the images are thumbnails, but with unusual high resolution, so please tell us the material names, and how the images are obtained

There are alot of materials, so it's going to take a while.

The images provided in this post, are from the downloaded scan files. It's the previews that are being downloaded with the material file.

Can we download the materials again, with new previews?

We are still working to resolve this issue. But I can replace only these materials for now.
Is it Ok for you ?

As i know still not, the images are ready, but not uploaded - this is just preview of the material, it's not affecting the rendering and we assumed it's not a priority. Btw, since certain time we include thumbnails in the material, and we have shell extension able to read them and show them in the file manager. The extension is already included in the VRay for Max installation. Thisallows to see the material in the file open dialog ,no need to see the external images
