Error 401 -can't download evaluation materials

Anyone with eval license? I tried this on all browsers and three different computers and every time I try to download an evaluation material (yes it's checked) I get this error. Sometimes I see very briefly some license agreement, like a split second, and then it disappears and goes to 401 page. I wrote to support but am so eager to try this
