If you need anything more, please tell me. I would really like this to be fixed.
So far I feel the problem shows up when a VrScans material is reflecting another reflective material. In the scene I sent you, the problem occurs where the white cup is reflecting the floor it seems.

ok, thanks for the additional info.
hopefuly the problem will be fixed until the end of the week, if we are able to reproduce it.

btw, if this can help, we can send you a map set representing the same materials you are using.
currently we can provide the following maps: diffuse, reflection, glossy, normals, height, ior, translucency, alpha (the holes only), and anisotropy.

I am confident, because you said the problem was reproducable last time.
Sending maps is not needed, I will use my old hand made shaders, which look fine as well.

just to inform the users who may have the same issue - we are working on the fix, however until it is ready, you can workaround the problem by using precalculated light cache for all the DR slaves.
here are the steps how to achieve this:
              1. disable the DR
              2. set the light cache to be autosaved
              3. start the render and wait until the light cache is finished
              4. stop the rendering
              5. select the light cache mode to be "from file" and select the file with the precalculated light cache
              6. enable the DR and render

Thanks Ivaylo, will try this out tomorrow. So the problem is related to the fact that every render node calculates it's own Light Cache?

Edit: The workaround seems to work so far. Tested on two machines. Can you estimate how long it would take to get this fixed for a release?
By the way, I am wondering that we are the only ones with that problem. Just checked gamma settings etc. on the render nodes, they are all the same. However, the clients render quite a bit darker when they calculate their own Light Cache.

can't give a goоd estimation, because it seems to be more complicated than expected. i hope until the end of the week it should be ready, but this is not a promisse, don't rely on it.

                    Ivaylo,
is there a fix in sight? Saving the LC calculation for every render I do gets a bit annoying.

actually yes, the problem was resolved few days ago, but i didn't anounce it because as i know the nightlies are still not accessible and also it would be good to test it independently, it's a tricky bug that appears not always and not on every system.

Alright. If you need help testing, please tell me. We can test on two different machines here, sharing the same render clients.

Can we finally get a fix for this, please? We have buckets in every single of our renderings.
