are you shure? i can only find 1.5 for max 2012 from 3-may-2011…

There will be a version of V-Ray 1.5 for 3ds Max 2013, but right now I cannot say when it will be available.

not to go on about it but is there any news yet on the 1.5 update for Max 2013? I love Vray but I’m having to use 2012 versions of everything. I recently updated all my hardware so there’s no chance of me upgrading to RT or version 2.0 right now
I think we cannot see it forever. :-/

Unfortunately for the moment we still can not provide a time range for this build release.
Just for those who aren’t aware, it’s not a simple case of opening the old source code, changing the libraries and re-compiling for max2013 as it might be for other versions of max. 3dsmax 2013 is now fully Unicode which makes a fair bit of work for developers to re-compile their plugins for it. The fact that VRay continue to offer versions of 1.5 is superb service, but if you’re so concerned with using the latest 3dsmax, why not use the latest VRay too?
