I order an XFrog library off 3D Cafe Store (they are a US reseller) at the end of September. Paid for 2nd air shipping and as of Oct. 16 never recieved anything but have been BILLED FOR IT!!!
Called their contact number 4 times and sent 4 emails and never got any response!!!

Anyone that has bought an Xfrog library, do they have to mail the library on CD or DVD to you or can you download them?? Have a rush job I trying to get them in

they mailed the dvd’s to me but maybe you can get them to fed-x them speedy delivery
On that topic, make sure ya’ll are using *credit cards* and not *debit cards*. While they look and smell the same in your wallet, and work the same when placing an order, you’ll quickly find out the differences if you have a dispute. You have none of the protections that a CC offers.
