We’re a small place with one sloppy coder (me) so a basic shotgun implementation out of the box would be perfect for me and as you say it’s full python and not a wrapper so it’s a good opportunity to convert everything over to a more universal language!

I’ve been testing it a bit this morning and it’s kinda weird… I managed to have 240 mil polygons and 4000 objects… still responds in “Performance” mode and about 8 fps… But if i have a single object with 20mil it’s really slow, like 5 fps, and max 2015 is faster. Also UV editor is really slow, 100k…

My initial testing seems pretty promising. Booleans might actually be worth using now, for the first time ever!

What about the asset browser? Looked pretty nice. I hadn’t seen that before. I’ve been using Connector by DesignConnected. Works awesome for drag 'n drop propping from my prop library. It will be interesting to see how 2017 compares. Then again, it’s such a pain to migrate from one version to the ne…
