What should I do in this case when 1 or 2 frames worked abnormally in 2 projects during rendering work and my credit was overused?​

I’m sorry for the problems you have stumbled upon! Can you please let me know:

  1. Which Chaos Cloud jobs are affected? (URL web links will help a lot as they hold the job IDs. I can use them to locate the jobs in our backend and investigate further)
  2. Which are the faulty frames?
  3. What to look for as a problem in the frames?

I’ll talk with the team and we’ll consider a credits refund for the frames with issues.
