Checked the Error Log (1603 / 1619 error), did a Google search, tried uninstalling Redistributables. That didn’t fix things, same error “Access is denied”…

Had no trouble, but i read this: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/3ds-max-3ds-max-design-general/installing-max-2017-one-issue-resolved/td-p/6277771 Maby this helps. Also don’t close the Browser tab of the Autodesk Download. It is needed for the Downloader.
