I’m having a problem with Enscape version 3..0.0+39546 in Revit 2021.1.1
When I attempt to place people through the asset library, I get an error window that says:
“Asset cannot be placed, No 3d view selected”
Oddly other assets like the furniture and plant in the frame place just fine.
People work fine on another workstation install, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still the same problem.
Any thoughts on what to try next?
Nevermind. Fixed the issue by downloading offline asset library.
Ya but what a pain. Not sure why this is all of the sudden an issue for us. I have renderings due for a client tomorrow and I am in a crunch. I am downloading them offline too but I hope they get this fixed. I sent in a feedback email just now.
Has this been fixed somehow yet? I have tried the offline content and the online content and I still cannot place any assets from the library. Any updates?
are you try to set a work plane? @jmQrsQ
maybe the work plane active is not a horizontal plane
@Race, yes my work plane is set correctly to the finished floor level. I was able to get one asset person into the model but then every other asset I tried I would get the error again.
