Below are screenshots of what it looks like when I try to open the Asset Library. All that shows up is a blank white window that is titled the asset library but nothing loads or shows at all. The only way I am able to access the asset library is from within enscape. Which is extremely inefficient for the work that I am trying to do. This has been since I updated enscape and I cannot seem to find a solution if anyone has any insight that would be greatly appreciated. I NEED to solve this as I have deadlines coming up for this project.
Best,
Sam Alvarez

Welcome to our Forum @samuelhalvarez10 , and I am sorry to hear about this issue.
Unfortunately, I cannot access/view the screenshots you’ve attached - Feel free to reupload them again using the attachments tab. In any case, please right away try reinstalling Enscape, this time for “all users” on that machine as detailed here.
If that makes no difference, which it may not, please definitely also send in a Feedback Report with your logs so that we can analyze the cause behind this further based on your machine information and said log files. Let me know once you’ve submitted it.
Thank you in advance.
SOLUTION FOUND!!
I have been toiling with this issue for weeks now to no avail, but support at Enscape has finally found a solution to the issue. After a lengthy email chain this was the email I received that finally fixed the asset library problem:
Seeing the video, could you please go into the Enscape folder found inside your Window’s Document folder and remove the files named:
“RendererWindowHost_WinState.json”
“AssetLibraryBrowserWindow_WinState.json”
“AssetLibraryWindow_WinState.json”.
The path would be C:\Users%username%\Documents\Enscape
Thank you Enscape support team you have helped me more than you know!!!
I’m glad to hear that. Thanks a lot for letting me know!
