Batch render license trouble

V-Ray V-Ray for Maya Issues

I’m having trouble batchrender from maya 2010 on winxp 64bit.
I get:

Does it list any licenses for V-Ray Standalone? If not, please email us to vraymaya@chaosgroup.com and we’ll sort it out.
