We are getting black blotches in the render window with Enscape (version 2.4.1.2-gf81592b). It doesn’t burn it into the render, but it is showing up in large parts of the window similar to the post in the Archicad section.
Thanks,
NM

Hey @norbertosf , thanks for your submission, I’m sorry to hear about this problem. We’re still in the process of getting behind this behavior to resolve it so could you tell me, are you actually able to reproduce this problem? If so, I’d send you a special version of Enscape which may fix this issue and it would be very helpful if you’d report back if it actually does. ![]()
I had also something. this happens when you change geometry, substantially, during Enscape Window “re-renders”…
@komlenic , I’m afraid, it seems like the special version is not helping with this problem yet, so we’re still in the process of finding the cause behind it. Thank you for a bit more patience. If there will be another special Enscape version for testing purposes, I’ll let you know if you’re able to reproduce this issue.
Please! We need a solution for this problem, my project is late because has those black spots all over were the sun hits the wall!
Can you send us your project and settings? We are willing to help but.can not reproduce thd issue, even on a variety of GPUs and drivers.
Is it possible to release a version that retains the asset option but otherwise is the same as the previous version - the use of assets is very nice and the reason I have not gone back to the previous version. But on some projects certain areas just will not render correctly. I can also send more projects and give an explanation of the steps to reproduce if you need more examples.
Thank would be great! I’ll contact yoiu via PM.
I’m afraid it is not possible.
