How to render block(from other rhino file)?
When i insert block from other rhino file, then texture disappear .
1st delete material and block definition, and reinsert block , texture appeared.

Please provide more details. The explanations you gave tell almost nothing - how is your texture applied - A Rhino material, a V-Ray material, a vertex color baking ?
How you link to the other file - as external reference, or embedded ?
Do you have material override on ? Do you have the material used in the block in the master file as well? If so do you get the material conflict dialog?
And at last - what are the versions of V-Ray and Rhino you’re using.
