i got problem with blurry vision in preview version 2.5.1.9 but not from the start
i just started project with no problems but after while and i think it was after i did something with skatter /some pebbles , much pebbles/
i notice this blur over whole scene in enscape . ofc rendering images is ok ish only realtime view is blurred.
Do you have automatic resolution enabled? This setting scales down the rendering resolution, when Enscape is unable to maintain a fluid framerate, which could be the case if scene complexity is too high. You can disable it on the general settings page.
