Borrow a licence

Hi,
I wanted to borrow a licence but when I get to step 3 and click Borrow I get this error{“error”:{“kind”:3,“message”:“Borrowing licences for offline use is only possible from local machine”,“guid”:“f82c2819-1ebe-7cce-69e0-a3fafc0ab098”}}. I don’t really understand what this means, and neither I nor our IT department could find out why I got this error.

Do you have any idea how I can borrow a licence?

Hello Anne,
in order to borrow a license for offline usage, you will need to do this through the local web page of 127.0.0.1:30304 on the machine where you need to borrow the license.
If you are trying to borrow a license by the IP address or the hostname:30304 of the machine it will not work.
