Does this work? The supported features page says that it renders in GPU mode but only uses CPU’s. Therefore it won’t benefit from the speed of GPU’s.

Or does anyone know of any other render farm that offers rendering with VRay and GPU?

You can use the gpu engine but only with CPU, so you don’t need to change engines to use the cloud.
rebusfarm for example supports gpu. There might be others too, but I don’t know…
