I’ve tried everything. even the website is slow and sometimes I get 404 Page.
All my licenses are up to date and I haven’t changed anything.
The license server address in 3DsMax comes up empty. and I need to render a project until tomorrow. this is unacceptble

Did you try to borrow license until your issue is resolved?
Our team will get back to you asap if you have already submitted the ticket but just in case, can start the license server service from the start menu in window. “Start…”, in case it does not solve, you can try resintalling chaos license server from download.chaos.com. If the issue persists then you will need to wait for the team reply to help you.
