It may be a plugin that was not compiled for this version of VRay. Can you search the output for an error during the “loading plugins” stage?

It seams that we have found the error - it is strange why this file is newer than all other files. Would it be possible to reinstall Vray and check if this error still persists ? Let us know which is the exact version of Vray that you are using.
