@Ryantoss This is a really solid rendering! The two suggestions I would put forward is finding a more natural colored grass texture. Whatever texture you are using seems a little oversaturated compared to the rest of the render. I would also find a way to modify the green wall you have on the balcony so all the assets you used don’t look like a repeating pattern. If you are using Rhino or SketchUp you can easily mirror assets to give it a more random look.
