Cosmos browser caused 3ds max 2023 to close

3ds max 2023 crashes when i open the cosmos browser.

Hello,

Please uninstall Chaos Cosmos from programs, then delete the Chaos Cosmos folder located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos. Then delete the the cpkg.db file which is located here → C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\Documents\Chaos Cosmos\Packages

Afterwards download and install the latest Cosmos version from the following page:

If it does not please open a ticket from our contact form here and send us the cb.log and config.json located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos.
