after log in to here http://localhost:30304/ and restart dongle, i can use vray next again…annoying
If the dongle is skipping - you can try:
- reinstalling the license server. There was a problem with 5.1.1 version with the dongle skipping that is fixed in 5.1.2 - https://download.chaosgroup.com/downloads/7374/licenseserver-standalone-512-adv
- if the problem continues - try reinstalling the drivers, if they are older than 6.32 (6.40 are the latest ones) - Chaos Licensing
- using a different USB port (USB 2 if possible)
- migrating the licenses from the dongle to your CG account (Online licensing). This should be done only if you have a reliable internet connection where you work (or at least you don’t need to work offline for long periods of time) - Chaos Licensing
Hi thank you for reply, i will try all the method you suggested above beside the migrating license, because i always work offline at mid-night
