Good morning,
Yesterday I used Sketchup and Enscape without problems.
This morning, without having had anything updated, when I launch Enscape, it crashes after a few seconds, but Sketchup remains open.
Noticing this problem, I updated Windows, Enscape, the graphics card, restarted the computer several times and tried with another Sketchup file which also worked yesterday, but Enscape still crashes.
I have 45GB of free space on 455GB of hard drive, but yesterday that wasn't a problem.
I am attaching a screenshot with the PC system information.
Can you help me please?
