Depth Pass "exr" (32bit) imported in Aftereffects - which plugin can utilize them?

Hello,
I have imported 32bit footage into Aftereffects, but it seems that all tools I have for adding DOF in Aftereffects (including “Frischluft”) do not use floating-point data, only 8 or 16bit.

Any advice?
