Do we have V-Ray standalone?

The question maybe a bit weird but I can’t find an answer; as V-Ray for Rhino users, do we have V-Ray Standalone? Is it installed when we install VfR?
If not, can I download it with my current license?

The vray.exe is installed in the location: C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\V-Ray 3.4 for Rhinoceros 5\vrayappsdk\bin\ You can use that to render .vrscene files.
