In general Enscape should run on your system. How smooth depends more on your project - the best would be to download trial version and try it out directly 
No. Enscape requires discrete graphics card w 4gb ram minimum. Using Bootcamp the requirements are not met. If using older Mac (Intel) Enscape also requires discrete graphics card w 4gb ram minimum.
