… and did you check how much is your dynamic memory limit and try to increase it? http://help.chaosgroup.com/vray/help/maya/150R1/render\_params\_system.htm

Yup i tried all that, didn’t work. ActuallI I had created a similar post in CGTALK ( http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?p=7681298#post7681298 ) & the reason seem to be VRAY’s renderTime SUB-D. :slight_smile:

If you have tried with lower subdivisions, it’s probably some sort of issue with the subdivision algorithm with your mesh. If you can share the scene with our support, we can tell you more.

max subdivs 30 could be high. Generally 8-12 is more then enough. Try reduce that and see if it makes it better.
