One of the problems is that your mailserver is being blacklisted as spam server. I haven’t received any mails from the chaosgroup since april.
The problem is that i have no say or control over the spam filter that has been installed here. So i can’t do anything but sweat it out…

It would probaly help a lot if you could get the name of the blacklist. There are lots of them out there and I couldn’t find the Chaos server on any of the ones I use. If they have the name they could take the steps necessary to be removed from it.
Usually servers get put on the list if they are configured with an open relay, which allows spammers to use it illegally.
I haven´t received any email since I purchased Vray either. Should I :?:

I used to get update notices all the time and I haven’t for quite some time now.

I send a mail to Tedi (important sales questions) 3 times
and i didn´t get any response ??
But i need an answer to this mail… before i can announce
vray in our mailing and i can make presentations for our customers !!
Actually the authorization codes arrived normal.
Is there maybe another email address i can send this mail to ?
