every time i will render an image that is at 4000 or more resolution my enscape freezes and does not render or close with the sketchup. Can you help me. I have an RTX 2060.
Please first off install our latest release Enscape 2.7.1 (if you haven’t already that is) and then also make sure that you update your NVIDIA graphics card drivers - that should already resolve the problem, otherwise please kindly send in a feedback report as described here, then we can let you know exactly what the cause is or if you’ll have to reduce the scene and/or rendering resolution/quality to not run into memory problems for example.
