Whenever I open Enscape, the live viewer looks like this, and it generates renders that look like this too. I’m using Enscape for Mac (I downloaded it two days ago and it has looked like this from the moment that I first opened it) and Sketchup 2022. Can someone please help me???
I’m sorry to hear about that - Please make sure that your Mac meets our system requirements in the first place. If it does not, then Enscape won’t render properly I’m afraid and we can only recommend upgrading to a different machine.
If your system meets the requirements though, please also submit us a Feedback report so that we can look into this further.
Hello, Im having the same issue with a 2,3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
Is this not supported? My Macbook Pro is only a couple of years old.

I’m afraid Enscape for Mac requires a dedicated (AMD) graphics unit built in if an Intel CPU is used alongside - Please refer to our requirements also linked above. Perchance you eventually have plans to replace your existing machine, and if so be aware that we also support both the M1 and new M2 chip. If any other inquiries come kindly let me know of course.
