I just changed my laptop to LENOVO Yoga Book 9i Gen 10 and used Enscape in SketchUp on this laptop in early November which worked very fine.

Unfortunately, after upgrading Enscape to version 4.13, it started making SketchUp 2024 and 2025 crash every time I try opening a new or existing file from the SketchUp Launch Dialog. SketchUp then closes and brings up a BUG SPLAT.

I thought version 4.13 was the problem, but on upgrading to version 4.14, the problem persists.

But whenever I uninstall Enscape, both Sketchup versions open fine.

Please I need urgent help here.

I updated all my drivers yesterday, but this did not help my situation.
