Are there any video tutorial available for Rhino as well? all i can find is for sketch!!

Hi @theodor.grousopoulos , the Enscape Material Editor for SketchUp works very, very similar to the one for Rhino.

If you - understandably - prefer a tutorial in Rhino, I can share my latest Webinar on Enscape for Rhino with you:

The section on materials begins at 24:10. I hope this helps

Hi @Kaj_Burival_1 , thanks for sharing this webinar!!!

That was super helpfull!!!

@Kaj_Burival_1 I would like to ask you if there is a similar Enscape Lighting tab, such as Sketchup, for Rhino??

I saw few tutorial related to Encape for sketchup and i found that the lighting tab could be a very important addition for Enscape for Rhino!!!

Hi @theodor.grousopoulos , we had to develop our lighting system for SketchUp, because SketchUp does not provide lighting by default. In terms of Rhino, we’re able to support Rhino’s lighting system instead. Why do you think it would be more beneficial to create a lighting system from scratch for Rhino?

I think you should be able to achieve the same results using Rhino’s system as using ours for SketchUp. Your feedback is well appreciated

Hi @Kaj_Burival_1 ,

I had no idea that Skeckup doent provide a lighting by default!! Truth is that Rhino lighting system works just fine in Enscape.

The fact i definitely believe that needs to be added in Encape for Rhino is PROXIES, same logic as sketchup**.**

Is it something you are considering adding in Encape for Rhino??

Well, this is definitely something which has been requested before, so there is a dedicated feature request filed for this subject on our agenda, to which I’ll add your feedback and upvote. At least at the moment there are no concrete plans regarding this implementation just yet.

Looking forward to it!! Proxies is the next big thing for Enscape for Rhino. You have already did to match for sketchup users
