Não consigo abrir a caixa de Materials Enscape no Sketchup, clico na janela mas não abre, tenho que conficurar alguma coisa…

Maybe you can kindly send me a screenshot of the button you’re clicking while trying to access the Material editor? Can you generally start Enscape and use other functions just fine? Also, please generally make sure that you’re using our latest release of Enscape.
hi enscape team,I have trouble with enscape material editor,everything is ok until i cannot clicking enscape material,every toolbar in enscape is fine except material editor,i used enscape version 2.5.2.34 and sketchup 2017
