Enscape not working on Mac

Enscape not loading on Mac.

Worked once last week and after opening up Sketchup(2024) and Enscape again, not working.

  • Have re installed sketchup and Enscape multiple times

  • Updated to all latest versions

  • Loading screen starts then stops halfway

  • Error messages have included “This command requires an open document.” - there is a document already open

This is causing serious project delays and would not recommend Enscape, no guarantee software, I’m paying for, will work and lucky when it does.

I have sent support tickets and no response.

OS: Monterey
Apple M1
