I tried with different files and also try to run Rhino as administrator also try uninstall and install latest version 4.2 downgrade to 4.1 and also checked and updated all nvidia drivers but the problem still remains. Can you help me?
Hi @konstantinos and welcome to our Forum - In such a case, whenever you experience any issues with Enscape, please kindly reach out to our dedicated technical support team as detailed here: How do I contact Support? - News & FAQ - Enscape Community Forum
I would hereby advice sending in a support report as detailed in the linked thread, otherwise if that button may ever not work for you you can use the Help Center instead.
This way we’ll also receive all of your machine information, generated log files, which drivers you currently have installed and whether they are recent and so forth.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Thank you for your quick reply @konstantinos .
Our support team has received the additional updates you’ve shared through the created case(s) as well. We will of course further troubleshoot the cause behind this issue and you will receive a response back (via the case itself) as soon as possible.
I am sorry for not having any solution right away but this boils down to an issue we’ll have to investigate in order to get back to you with any solutions.
Please I need some direct help! How is it possible that one day Enscape works and then 4 days later without any update or PC modification - Enscape closes off without any error message or notification?
I’m afraid we will have to further investigate as to why exactly this issue occurred seemingly out of nowhere to then resolve this behavior accordingly.
As mentioned though our support team is of course working on troubleshooting the cause behind this recent problem to then get back to you as soon as we can.
Is there any other way I can use Enscape with another license or version in the meantime until this problem is fixed? I am in an extreme hurry to work using Enscape
