it would be nice to have the possibility to let the enscape3d window stay on of other windows

Did you test enscape with Turbotop @Micha i works on other applications but not the enscape3d window
@Laust Works well with Enscape here. (Win7)
Cant get it to work on windows 10.
but DisplayFusion did the job
@Laust I upgraded to Win 10 now and your hint works fine. I like that a small pin icon can be activated to enable the “stay on top” function. Very comfortable.

Generally speaking I can understand your plight, I get frustrated occasionally when troubleshooting something in the renderer and I need tweek settings in the CAD. But Implementing it on the plugin level is actually a Bad Idea™.
The potentially mess that results of tampering with the window order when some other program / plugin tries to do that too. If you want to dive into the technicalities, chief architect Raymond Chen of Microsoft has a few words to say about that: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/oldnewthing/20110310-00/?p=11253
We just don’t know what it will interfere with and don’t want to break your system.
That does not prevent you from using third party tools to change the window order on our behalf.
There is a great tool from Microsoft called “Power Toys”.Microsoft “Power Toys”.
@Roju , just to make very sure that you’re aware, it is also possible to pin the Enscape window natively since Enscape 3.3:
Yes I noticed this, but I found that simple shortcut is more convenient.
