"EnscapeTakeScreenshot" rhino command

It looks like it is no longer possible to take a screenshot from the command line in rhino using “EnscapeTakeScreenshotCommand”, which makes it impossible to automate enscape animation? Is there a replacement for this command or a workaround?

Going to bump this because this is so frustrating. I have some pretty complex scripts that allowed me to do some cool animations with enscape that I guess are now useless in newer versions

Last time Enscape updated, I had a similar frustrating issue. Take a look at what the command it actually is now when you render. The command might now have a very slightly different wording.

Enscape team. Please do not change the command.

Care to expand on the scrip, please?

I’ve briefly spoken to our developers and I’m afraid this command is not available anymore due to technical reasons. In this case, you’ll have to make use of either the global hotkey or the screenshot/rendering button in the Enscape window itself of course. I’ll still let PM know that there is demand to add some form of “TakeScreenshot” command back, but this may not be something that we’ll be able to add anytime soon.

I would like to bring this back to people’s attention. The ability to automate exports within the Rhino interface (with the help of scripting) is an insanely powerful workflow. I am working on a project with multiple phases with many changes throughout the documentation process. Having a quick way to export would enhance workflows immensely. I hope sincere thought can be given to bringing this functionality back.
