I have Sketchup 2023 and the Escape 4.0.2.11 on my desktop. My coworker has a newer version on hers but an older SketchUp. When she opens the Enscape extension all the materials arae as they should be, but, when I open it everything turns highly reflective and somewhat transparent. Does anyone know why this is happening? I have tried altering the materials but nothing changes it. Due to our license type I can’t download the same version of Enscape she has. I attached a reference photo.

Right away just to make very sure can you please check if your system does meet our requirements listed here? On top of that you can also ensure that your graphics card drivers are updated accordingly, ideally acquiring the latest drivers from the NVIDIA/AMD homepage directly.
